Habilitation Specialist - Delaware

Safe and Secure Homecare is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Habilitation Specialist. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $16 to $18 per hour.

• Job Overview :
• As a Habilitation Specialist, you will play a key role in creating wonderful experiences for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I / DD). You will provide support and guidance to help our clients live fulfilling and independent lives.
• Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement individualized habilitation plans for clients- Provide direct care and support to individuals with I / DD- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household tasks- Facilitate social activities and community outings to promote socialization and independence- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the overall well-being of clients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and goals
• Requirements :
