Position Overview
We are hiring a Quality Detail Technician to support final inspection and finishing of our HVAC units before shipment.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in making things look clean and professional, and has a strong eye for detail.
If you’ve worked in automotive detailing, window tinting, vinyl wrap/decal installation, or similar work, you may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and detail HVAC units to ensure a polished, professional final appearance
- Apply decals, labels, and branding with precision and accuracy
- Inspect units for cosmetic and minor quality issues before shipment
- Touch up surfaces and ensure units meet company quality standards
- Work closely with production and QA teams to ensure readiness for delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Pride in your work and the finished product
- Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
- Detailing
- Vinyl wrap or decal installation
- Assembly or production finishing work
- Ability to work with your hands and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
