Position OverviewWe are hiring an Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role involves assembling and wiring electrical components used in HVAC systems and ensuring each build meets our standards for safety and quality.
What You’ll Do- Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and components according to technical drawings and instructions
- Measure, cut, and route wire and cable assemblies
- Crimp, solder, and connect terminals and plugs with precision
- Conduct continuity and performance tests using meters and other tools
- Inspect final assemblies to verify they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve build issues
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Skilled with tools such as wire cutters, crimpers, and testers
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
