- Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance, or be willing to relocate

What You’ll Do
This is a highly visible role that partners closely with executive leadership and servicing management to improve performance across the servicing and collections organization.
You will:
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to streamline servicing and collections workflows
- Analyze current servicing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Segment customers based on risk, payment behavior, and account characteristics to support targeted servicing strategies
- Analyze loan portfolio performance, including delinquency trends, roll rates, payment behavior, and charge-offs
- Develop recommendations to improve collections effectiveness, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical models to monitor servicing performance
- Write ad hoc SQL queries and perform data analysis to support requests from executive leadership
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across servicing systems and reporting environments
- Assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests for new servicing strategies and treatment approaches
- Partner with servicing leadership to gather business requirements and lead analytical or process improvement projects
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings, recommendations, and campaign results to management
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders
In this role, you will work with large operational datasets and help transform information into action. Examples of the types of work you may perform include:
- Developing reports and dashboards to monitor collector productivity, delinquency trends, and campaign performance
- Evaluating the effectiveness of servicing strategies and recommending adjustments based on results
- Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
- Creating customer segments and predictive analyses to improve outreach and treatment strategies
- Using SQL and other tools to combine, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems
- Supporting executive presentations with data-driven insights and recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 0–5 years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, process improvement, financial services, or a related field
- Advanced SQL skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make practical business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and professionally
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with Python, ETL processes, or other data engineering tools
- Experience with process improvement, workflow analysis, or automation initiatives
- Data visualization experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Financial services, lending, collections, or servicing experience
- Experience supporting strategy, operations, or performance improvement initiatives
- Work directly with executive leadership on high-impact business initiatives
