Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established dress code and image guidelines
- Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through electronic communication
- Perform as an inspiring and motivating leader who can engage people fully in reaching goals and generating growth and long-term profitability.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
- Work with sales team and management to ensure that each client issue is accurately resolved to the benefit of the business
- Take ownership and commitment to delivering results, while remaining aware of personal and store metrics
- Create personal sales and clientele experience strategies in partnership with the management team.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of luxury retail experience (Preferred)
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
- Deep understanding of luxury brands, fashion trends, and home styling techniques
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Compensation:
- $20 per hour and 2-5% commission and applicable bonuses
