We are looking for a driven, energetic, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities and set appointments for our Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in high-volume appointment setting and lead generation, strong IT industry experience, and the confidence and persistence to excel at cold calling and outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls and prospect for new business.
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential prospects.
- Set qualified appointments for Sales Representatives.
- Conduct prospect research and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and manage next steps.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure quality handoffs.
- Maintain attention to detail regarding prospects, conversations, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in high-volume appointment setting, BDR, lead generation, or outbound sales.
- IT industry experience is required.
- Proven cold calling and prospecting experience.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers.
- CRM and sales technology experience preferred.
