Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of daily car wash operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Manage staff schedules, assign duties, and provide ongoing training to uphold safety protocols and customer service standards
- Oversee cleaning procedures for vehicles, equipment, and facility areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed
- Enforce operational policies, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment that reflects professionalism and attention to detail
- Foster a positive team culture through leadership, motivation, and recognition of staff achievements
Experience
- Proven supervising or management experience in a fast-paced service environment such as hospitality, detailing services, or automotive cleaning
- Strong background in cleaning practices including vehicle detailing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in hotel or hospitality management is a plus, highlighting customer service excellence
- Knowledge of auto detailing procedures, sales and production.
- Previous experience overseeing maintenance teams will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and foster teamwork in a diverse environment
