- $1,000 Signing Bonus
- Wage comparable to $90000 - $140000 / year
- Guaranteed base pay for the first four months of employment
- Uncapped commissions and commission only pay after training

- Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential and commercial customers
- Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups
- Effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed
- Hitting monthly sales targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
- Sales in labor or pest control services preferred
- Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
- Experience in performing inspections is a plus
- Experience selling and/or servicing in industries such as HVAC, solar, internet, cable, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
