- Drive strategic new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing commercial accounts within your assigned territory.
- Conduct cold calls, prospecting activities, and in-person outreach to generate new opportunities.
- Proactively engage with and convert company-generated leads through timely, professional follow-up.
- Qualify prospective clients, schedule consultative sales appointments, and present tailored pest management solutions.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough client follow-ups and quality assurance engagements to ensure satisfaction.
Required
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to cold call, propose, and close new business deals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Pest control industry experience.
