Role Description
This on-site, full-time role as a Case Manager is based in Beverly Hills, CA. The Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing client cases, maintaining communication with clients, coordinating with legal teams, and preparing case files. Additional duties include gathering and organizing documentation, scheduling appointments, monitoring case progress, and updating stakeholders throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Case Management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Strong communication skills, including maintaining client relationships and corresponding with various parties
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing, organizing, and reviewing case documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Familiarity with case management software and proficiency in standard office tools
- Educational background or experience in legal support, administration, or a related field
- Experience in the legal or personal injury field is preferred
