*Overview*
We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cinco Data Center in Lytle. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. We are looking for someone who is patient and willing to help employees with questions or information when they come in. Our main office is located in Helotes just outside 1604. SAECO Electric specializes in commercial dry utility infrastructure and traffic signal work. We are a construction company and we a looking for someone who will work independently.
*Duties*
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Have knowlegde in Microsoft
- Assist with basic office duties as needed
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience preferred
- Previous experience in the construction industry a plus
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
