Every job that is completed by the company will give you commission
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for territory management to maximize sales opportunities in residential markets.
- Prospect potential clients through cold calling, lead generation activities, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and upselling relevant solutions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems proficiently to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities to ensure seamless account management.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively negotiate complex deals.
- Experience in technology or product-based sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
