We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Medical Provider (Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse communities on a flexible, as-needed basis.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Obtain patient medical histories, perform exams, and document findings
✔ Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries, order and interpret tests
✔ Perform minor medical procedures (e.g., laceration repair, pap tests, injections)
✔ Provide guidance to medical assistants and collaborate with healthcare teams
✔ Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes while maintaining excellent care
Qualifications:
✅ Education & Certification: PA/NP/MD/DO with active Pennsylvania licensure & DEA certification
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related field
✅ Preferred: Experience in community health and working with underserved populations
✅ Skills: Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently
