Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Mount Laurel, NJ. The Associate will handle a variety of legal responsibilities, including client consultations, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the legal team to provide comprehensive case management. The Associate will work alongside experienced practitioners to deliver exceptional legal counsel for clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and document preparation
- Experience in client interaction, consultation, and courtroom representation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Consumer Bankruptcy, Business Bankruptcy, and Foreclosure Defense is a plus
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
