YOUR DAY
We're incredibly flexible with scheduling, providing in-office, remote, and hybrid opportunities! Generally, you work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. A part-time schedule could be available for the right candidate.
As a Nurse Intake Specialist, you collect and review medical information for our clients. You spend your time calling doctor's offices, requesting medical records and charts, and reviewing files to ensure accuracy. With a professional and caring attitude, you speak with patients about their files and ask follow-up questions. You work closely with our legal team to ensure every client receives the best possible care and attention.

REQUIREMENTS
- Call center or customer service experience
- Valid Utah RN or LPN license (Arizona or Florida licenses may be considered)
- Knowledge about HIPAA and medical records standards
- Professional attitude and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills and computer proficiency
Experience in coding or a medical office would be preferred. We'd also prefer a candidate who lives in Utah, but out-of-state residency may be acceptable for the right person.
