Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Stable Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and a strong understanding of farm operations. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the stable environment, caring for the animals, and assisting with various farm-related tasks. The Stable Hand will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our animals while supporting the overall functionality of the farm.
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 11:00AM/12:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for horses.
- Maintain cleanliness in stalls, paddocks, and common areas to ensure a safe environment for both animals and staff.
- Assist with equipment repair and maintenance to ensure all tools and machinery are in good working order.
- Supervise other staff or volunteers as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to animal care and farm maintenance.
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns to management promptly.

- Strong animal handling skills with experience in caring for horses.
