The Senior Program Manager, Digital Marketing, is responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing programs that support pipeline growth, account engagement, and brand visibility. This role owns key digital initiatives, marketing technology platforms, and cross-functional coordination between Marketing, Sales, and external partners.
The position focuses on turning strategy into execution, ensuring digital campaigns, content, and tools are operating effectively and aligned to business priorities, and can be measured and reported clearly.

This role owns key digital initiatives, marketing technology platforms, and cross-functional coordination between Marketing, Sales, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Programs
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives that support demand generation, account engagement, and pipeline development.
- Own execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs, including audience targeting, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Drive paid media and campaign optimization strategies, leveraging data and intent signals to improve efficiency and reduce acquisition costs
- Manage advertising budget to reach engagement goals
- Lead marketing automation strategy and execution within HubSpot, including segmentation, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle management.
- Lead re‑engagement and nurture campaigns for existing and inactive accounts in partnership with Sales.
- Develop and implement multi-tiered campaigns that combine email marketing and advertising
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator for marketing technology tools, including ABM platforms, AI search/visibility tools, and marketing automation integrations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on tool setup, usage, and optimization.
- Identify process gaps or data issues and work to improve the efficiency and reliability of marketing systems.
- Oversee website strategy, SEO/AEO initiatives, and digital experience optimization to increase inbound traffic and engagement.
- Partner with content and SEO teams to support creation and optimization of digital content, including blogs, landing pages, and thought‑leadership assets.
- Ensure content is optimized for both traditional search and emerging AI‑driven discovery platforms.
- Provide guidance and quality checks to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and audience needs.
- Work closely with Sales to align marketing efforts with account priorities and pipeline goals.
- Act as a point of contact for marketing support related to campaigns, tools, and reporting.
- Communicate campaign plans, timelines, and outcomes to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain full-funnel reporting and dashboards to measure marketing influence and contribution to pipeline, revenue, and ROI.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance, including engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare concise summaries and updates for leadership and finance teams.
- Use available data to inform optimizations and recommendations, acknowledging limitations in attribution when applicable.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing digital marketing programs and campaigns
- Experience working with account-based marketing concepts and platforms (6sense)
- Experience working with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with and managing outside agencies
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work cross-functionally
- Comfort operating in environments with evolving processes and incomplete data
