Overview
Saddle Creek Breakfast Club is looking for a few dependable and friendly Host/Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team. We are a consistently busy brunch restaurant, and this role is essential in keeping service running smoothly, maintaining guest satisfaction, and helping the team stay organized during high-volume hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize a busy waitlist with common sense, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Greet guests and provide clear communication about wait times and seating.
- Assist servers by running food and beverages promptly.
- Bus and clean tables efficiently to maintain quick table turns.
- Keep up with running sidework, stocking, and general cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
- Maintain awareness during peak periods and work with a sense of urgency.
Qualifications
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented individuals.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly and stay organized in a high-traffic environment.
- Weekend & weekday availability is required.
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not mandatory.
