Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Graveyard Shift Drive-Through Cashier to manage overnight operations while the store is closed to walk-in customers. This role involves assisting customers through the drive-through window, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the drive-through window in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Retrieve items for customers and complete drive-through sales efficiently.
- Authorize fuel pumps when needed.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Follow all cash handling and store security procedures.
- Verify IDs for age-restricted purchases (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Complete basic cleaning and end-of-shift duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work overnight hours (10 PM – 6 AM).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay attentive during overnight shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
