Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Bar & Retail Associate to join our team! This hybrid role blends bartending with retail customer service, giving you the opportunity to interact with guests in both social and sales-focused settings. Bar Duties:
Greet customers and take drink/food orders promptly and courteously
Serve beer/wine and non-alcoholic beverages along with making small meals (sandwiches, pizza etc)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
Handle cash and card transactions accurately
Create a lively, fun atmosphere for our guests
Retail Duties:
Greet and assist retail customers in a friendly and engaging manner
Restock shelves, fold apparel, and maintain store presentation
Process sales using POS system and handle returns or exchanges
Share product knowledge and upsell when appropriate
Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bartending or retail (preferred but not required)
TABC and Food Handlers certification
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 or 21
Pay: $8.00 - $13.00 per hour
