P3 Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, support and oversee the preparation of responsive and competitive technical financial P3 proposals ranging from RFI, to RFQ and RFP responses
• Collaborate in the negotiation of all applicable agreements with project owners, construction partners, O&M, tolling and interface agreements with other team members
• Lead task force meetings to discuss pursuit strategies and plans in terms of Project Finance, Commercial/Legal, Traffic and Revenue, Insurance, O&M, Tolling, among others
• Lead the preparation and take active role on meetings with Clients, Developers, partners, and other subcontractors
• Coordinate with Equity partners in the preparation of competitive bids
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential project opportunities, challenges and mitigation strategies
• Prepare, manage and monitor the procurement plan, including resource allocation and bid budgeting
• Collaborate with the Business Development and other corporate teams to identify interesting bidding opportunities for the company
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and the P3 industry in North America
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or Finance
• 4 years of experience in P3 Business Development or Project Finance in North America
• Project Finance and financial modeling skills are desirable
• Hands-on and goals-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
