Position Overview
The Co-Packer will be responsible for packaging products according to company specifications, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining an efficient workflow. This role is critical in ensuring products are prepared safely, accurately, and on schedule for distribution.
***THIS JOB IS A PIECE-RATE PAY POSITION - PAY IS BASED ON NUMBER OF UNITS PRODUCED (AVERAGE RATE CONVERTS TO $22-$30 PER HOUR)***
Key Responsibilities
- Package products according to established guidelines and specifications
- Label, seal, and prepare goods for shipment
- Inspect products for quality and consistency during the packaging process
- Operate packaging equipment and machinery (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Track and report production counts and any issues encountered
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures
Pay: $16.90 - $30.00 per hour
