Spa Concierge Manager (Front of House) – Relocation Available
Cleveland, Ohio
We are a high-volume, luxury spa in Cleveland seeking an exceptional Spa Concierge Manager to lead and elevate our front-of-house experience. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and understands how to deliver seamless, elevated service.
This is an urgent hire — we are open to relocation for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support the Concierge (front desk) team
- Ensure an exceptional, polished guest experience from arrival to departure
- Manage daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment
- Train and onboard new team members on systems, service standards, and protocols
- Step into all concierge functions as needed — this is a hands-on role
- Partner with leadership to improve efficiency, service flow, and guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- REQUIRED: Experience with Zenoti software
- Proven background in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality front desk leadership
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A natural leader who leads by example and supports their team
- Flexible schedule — must be available for evenings, weekends, and peak times
- Willingness to learn every aspect of front-of-house operations
