We’re seeking an Assistant Dietary Manager to help oversee daily food service operations and ensure compliance with dietary standards in our skilled nursing facility.
- Support menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations
- Supervise and train dietary staff
- Ensure meals meet resident dietary needs and safety standards
- Maintain sanitation and quality control
- Assist with cooking, scheduling, inventory, and compliance documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous food service experience (healthcare or senior living preferred)
- Supervisory or leadership experience a plus
- ServSafe or food safety certification (or ability to obtain)
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential preferred
