ADULT DAY PROGRAMS JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: ADULT DAY PROGRAM AIDE
REPORTS TO: Adult Day Program Director and Community HealthServices Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Adult Day Program Director, the DayProgram Aide has the responsibility to assist the clients with the activities of daily living, transportation and activities as scheduled.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Has or will obtain current certification in CPR and First Aid.
2. Must have a valid driver's license.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in transporting clients to and from the Day Program.
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting ambulation, dental care, hair care, shaving and transfers.
Assist clients with cognitive deficits.
Assist with daily activities such as BINGO, crafts, word games, puzzles, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
