About the Role:
We’re currently hiring for our Westshore Plaza Mall location! This boutique is one of our busiest and most beloved, and we’re looking for a new team member who can match the high energy and heart of this space. If you love talking to people, are naturally curious about crystals and spiritual tools, and enjoy creating a beautiful in-store experience, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet every customer warmly and provide helpful, insightful service.
- Share your knowledge (or growing knowledge!) of crystals, incense, jewelry, and other spiritual tools.
- Maintain the store’s visual appeal by restocking shelves and supporting merchandising.
- Operate the register and handle purchases with accuracy and ease.
- Assist with inventory and product flow between backroom and sales floor.
- Create an experience that leaves customers feeling inspired, supported, and seen.
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail or customer service experience (bonus if it’s in a boutique or metaphysical setting).
- Weekend availability is a big plus — we need someone reliable on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Clear communication and a natural love of helping others.
- Comfort working on your feet and restocking heavier items when needed.
- Interest in crystals, energy tools, or spiritual wellness.
- Basic math skills and POS system familiarity.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus!
