PRN LVN

  • Provide comprehensive wound care treatments and dressing changes
  • Observe, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care
  • Perform treatments and preventive procedures as ordered by the physician
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Home Health experience preferred.

License/Certification:

  • LVN (Preferred)
  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • LPN (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Salary : $55,771 - $70,357
