Sales Associate/Inventory
Sacred Bloom is seeking passionate and personable part-time inventory associate to join our team. An ideal candidate has experience fulfilling orders and knowing pos systems to move inventory when needed
Whether it's on the sales floor or on the phone Employees at Sacred Bloom provide a friendly and helpful customer service, guiding customers to the best cannabis products to fit their unique needs. While doing so, employees must maintain compliance with all cannabis retail regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service that encourages customer loyalty
- Educate customers and politely handle their questions, concerns, and complaints
- Operate point of sale software
- restocking merchandise and fulfilling orders
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Knowledgeable of cannabis basics including products, strains, and consumption methods
- 1-3 years of inventory handling, customer service experience, preferably in cannabis industry
- Friendly, personable, and service-oriented
- Passionate about learning and staying current on cannabis products and trends
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must pass any and all required background checks
Compensation:
$16.50-$17 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
