Job Description:We are a unique ABA therapy center offering our clients and their families the highest standards of care in a fun and safe environment. We focus on child-led ABA service delivery with the happiness and quality of life of the learner as a leading priority. We're looking for a creative and experienced BCBA to lead our team and ensure the success of our center.Responsibilities:Lead strategic initiatives: define goals and performance expectations, assign tasks, provide support and feedback, evaluate results, and ensure timely completion.Manage financial performance: maintain accurate records of revenue and expenses, monitor the financial health of the company, and recommend changes to improve it.Lead the staff: supervise daily activities, provide feedback and guidance, ensure compliance with HR policies, serve as a mentor and a role model.Oversee operations: ensure policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory standards, and optimize efficiency in scheduling, delegation, and resource utilization.Manage programs and services: maintain quality care standards, monitor clinical documentation, and foster relationships with prospective families and professionals in the ABA therapy field.Qualifications and Skills:Active and valid Board certification in Behavior Analysis.Minimum 5 years of experience as a BCBA and 3 years in a management role.Excellent leadership skills: proven ability to lead the staff across a variety of functions and collaborate effectively with shareholders and business partners.Strong organizational and management skills: strategic thinking, ability to plan, prioritize, adapt to change, and make effective fact-based decisions.Proficiency with relevant software such as Microsoft suite and Central Reach.Valid CA State Driver’s License, reliable transportation to and from the clinic.

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
