Job description: Sacks Law Group is a well-established Workers' Compensation Defense firm located on the Westside (Marina Del Rey/Culver City). We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our team of busy attorneys and helpful staff.
- We are looking for a full-time attorney with 2 years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience handling a manageable case load.
- Responsible for handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases from opening through discovery and case conclusion, be it settlement or trial, and appeal.
- Requires strong critical thinking, written and oral communication, file organizational skills. Ability to prioritise all work tasks.
- Must be able to interact well with all firm's clients. Uninsured Employers and Lien litigation experience is a plus.
