Leasing Manager – The Mill
Position Summary
Sack Properties is looking for a Leasing Manager, who can support a site within our Washington portfolio, specifically, The Mill in Mill Creek, WA. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, looking to be a key contributor to our growing Property Management company. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
This team member is also responsible for interacting with current and future residents to achieve maximum occupancy, revenue objectives of the assigned community, and ensure resident retention. This position reports directly to the Sr. Community Director.

Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Must be able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
- Ensure the effective use of leasing strategies and oversee the overall marketing plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all to ensure a positive rapport with residents, vendors, associates, and investors to leave a professional and positive impression of Sack Properties.
- Create a positive work environment to attain company objectives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Minimum of one (1) year of sales and leasing experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
