Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dothan, AL, for a Project Superintendent at The Sack Company. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, implement quality control measures, and enforce construction safety protocols. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and site personnel, monitoring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating with project managers to address any challenges. The role also involves leading weekly site meetings and ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in leading teams and coordinating on-site personnel
- Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Construction processes and techniques
- Proficiency in Quality Control and adherence to construction standards and specifications
- Understanding of Construction Safety protocols and practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Experience with Budgeting and maintaining project costs within the approved financial scope
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Relevant certifications in construction management and safety are a plus
- Experience with industrial MEPF projects is highly desirable
