Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the deal, process all lease applications, verifications and notify prospective residents of their application status.
- Schedule, coordinate and supervise all staff.
- Implement property operating budget. Maintain and control property income and expenses. Complete required weekly, monthly and annual reports.
- Oversee rent collection ensuring all rents and fees are billed and collected as well as making daily bank deposits.
- Preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices.
- Negotiates, develops and maintains service and capital contracts.
- Perform regular property inspections.
- Performs general office duties.
- Maintains relationship with current resident base and delivers outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Must have Porperty Manager License issued in South Carolina
- Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachse’s core values
- 3-5 years general real estate/property manager experience
- Experience with the preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices
- High school education or equivalent required
