Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of property portfolio.
- Exhibit excellent customer service through client, owner, tenant and vendor interactions.
- Complete monthly reports, portraying the status of property portfolio.
- Maintain and control property income and expenses
- Ensure all rents and fees are billed and collected.
- Schedule, coordinate and supervise staff.
- Handle all aspects of leasing.
- Oversee all construction/ repair projects (bid, qualify, and approve capital and maintenance projects).
- Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Who you are:
Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachse’s core values
- 2-5 years’ experience with a broad range of commercial properties (Retail, Office, Medical, Industrial, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real Estate Salesperson License, State of Michigan
- Familiarity with local and national real estate markets and regulations
