About The Internship
This unpaid internship offers a dynamic opportunity for students pursuing a career in fashion to gain hands-on experience in a luxury showroom and corporate fashion environment. The ideal candidate will assist with marketing/e-commerce initiatives, showroom operations, and customer service. This role is perfect for individuals eager to immerse themselves in the world of high-end evening wear and develop skills that span across marketing, e-commerce, customer relations, and retail operations. It is a very well-rounded internship experience in which you will be exposed to all areas of corporate fashion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing and E-commerce teams on digital campaigns, newsletters, the back-end of the website, and website audits.
- Assist the Marketing team with Social Media management and content creation.
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, influencer outreach).
- Help manage content for e-commerce platforms, including product listings, copy, and imagery.
- Track and report on analytics related to marketing campaigns and online sales performance.
- Support SEO optimization tasks and site merchandising updates.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and re-styling of product displays as needed.
- Prepare samples and coordinate garment movement (e.g., check-in/check-out of inventory for clients, stylists, editors).
- Help with photo shoot preparations and assist during shoot days.
- Support order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in responding to reviews and customer feedback.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify) is a bonus
- Experience or knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo) is a bonus
- Keen eye for aesthetics, styling, and visual presentation
- Ability to handle sensitive or high-profile clients professionally
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
