Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately.
