Sacconnesset Golf Club seeks highly skilled Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our discerning members and guests. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, serving 100 guests at our outside bar and 150 at our indoor bar.
Sacconnesset Golf Club seeks highly skilled Bartenders to deliver exceptional beverage experiences to our discerning members and guests. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, serving 100 guests at our outside bar and 150 at our indoor bar.
Responsibilities:
- Pre- and post-shift duties involve inspecting, cleaning, stocking, and setting up the bar.
- Craft a variety of mixed and pre-mixed drinks, garnishes, and other beverages.
- Become familiar with regulars and create memorable experiences for them.
- Maintain high standards by reporting complaints and adhering to company policies.
We offer a fun atmosphere and golf privileges. To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 2 years of bartending experience and be TIPS certified.
- Availability to work weekends and nights.
- The legal age to serve alcohol.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Jonas POS or willingness to learn.
- The ability to learn menus and upsell products.
