Requirements for Success in Your Role:

SAC Health System is opening a new clinic in Barstow, CA, we are looking for a mission and service-minded Patient Service Representative Lead for this amazing opportunity to serve the underserved population.

Patient Service Rep Lead oversees the activities of the Patient Services Representatives to ensure prompt patient services; Provides general supervision and direction for Patient Registration staff in Outpatient Registration, patient flow, patient check-in, patient records availability, insurance verification, financial qualifications for discount programs, and resolve patient issues that may arise. Assists with the day-to-day operation of the Front Business Office.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CA Driver License and Auto Insurance- good driving record
• Preferred 3-5 years of healthcare front office or admitting experience or one year as a current PSR and have proven leadership skills.
• May travel to our Indio or San Bernardino Clinic for training. Mileage is reimbursable.
• As a requirement of this position, you must receive EPIC certification for the module you have been hired into

Preferred:

• AA/AS degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Must be able to work in the U.S. legally. We are unable to sponsor H1B Visa's.
