Position

Club Builder & Retail Associate (Part-Time)

• 20 hours per week

• $19 to $21/hour

• Rancho Cordova, CA

What You’ll Do

• Build and repair golf clubs to the highest quality standards.

• Install grips, shafts, ferrules, loft & lie adjustments, and other club services.

• Assist customers with retail sales and provide an exceptional in-store experience.

• Help golfers find the right equipment, apparel, and accessories for their game.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.

• Support day-to-day shop operations and inventory.

• Work alongside our team to create a welcoming, modern golf experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for golf and golf equipment.

• Experience with club building or a willingness to learn.

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Retail or golf industry experience is a plus.
