We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Strategic Financial Director to drive financial Strategy, Revenue Performance, Forecasting, Operational Analysis, and Executive decision making across a dynamic gaming environment. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the Financial Director you will oversee all aspects of financial management, accounting operations, compliance, budgeting, reporting, and financial strategy. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations for the casino
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and business analyses
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and financial policies
- Manage audits, tax filings, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cage/Vault operations, and Purchasing
- Drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making
- Develop departmental goals, staffing plans, and team performance initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships across departments through effective communication and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of banking or casino finance experience
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting systems and financial software
