Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Great Falls, VA, for a Personal Assistant to the Chairman/CEO. The Personal Assistant will perform daily tasks such as managing the executive's schedule, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various clerical, administrative duties. and driving. Additionally, the position will require clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimize the Chairman/CEO’s workflow.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Diary Management skills and experience coordinating schedules and appointments effectively
- Strong Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders professionally
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, and record management
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must have discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Previous experience supporting executives or C-suite leaders is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is a plus
