In this role, you will report to the Vice President of Global Litigation and Employment and support Sabre’s global disputes and cross-border employment matters across more than 50 countries and 40 U.S. states. You will collaborate closely with the People Team, business leaders, cybersecurity and data privacy experts, and external counsel to deliver thorough analysis and pragmatic legal advice.

- Investigate facts and advise the business on potential disputes.
- Partner with the People Team to provide legal guidance on U.S. and international employment issues.
- Analyze and respond to demand letters, subpoenas, and regulatory claims.
- Collaborate with outside counsel on litigation strategies for active and anticipated lawsuits worldwide.
- Conduct internal investigations, including interviewing witnesses and reviewing documents.
- Monitor and summarize global changes in employment law.

Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas.
- 5 years of experience in employment law or litigation.
- Exceptional analytical, issue-spotting, and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and privilege.
- Experience with cross-border disputes and/or employment matters, including first-chair litigation experience.
- Prior experience in a large law firm, particularly advising technology, travel, or hospitality clients.
- Ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice on complex issues.
- Skilled in internal investigations, including witness interviews and document analysis.
- Multilingual proficiency (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Hindi, French).
