Responsibilities

Sabre Systems is currently looking for a Jr. Program Analyst to support one of our government customers. Candidate will provide administrative support to a team of Software Engineer's. The selected candidate will support government employees, military employees, and contractors. Duties will include but are not limited to

  • Customer Service including
  • Working with MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
  • Greeting Visitors
  • Answering Phones
  • Editing briefs
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Handling media requests to include copying, creating, shipping and adding incoming media to program database
  • Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Must have a High School diploma
  • One (1) year of Administrative Support
  • Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and oral skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Active Secret Clearance
  • Will be required to pass a background investigation
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
