At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows $50,000.00 - $60,000.00

The selected candidate will support government employees, military employees, and contractors. Duties will include but are not limited to
- Customer Service including
- Working with MS Office Suite
- Proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
- Greeting Visitors
- Answering Phones
- Editing briefs
- Maintaining calendars
- Handling media requests to include copying, creating, shipping and adding incoming media to program database
- Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages
Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma
- One (1) year of Administrative Support
- Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent written and oral skills
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Active Secret Clearance
- Will be required to pass a background investigation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
