At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows $225,000.00 - $260,000.00

The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, familiarity with digital engineering concepts and technologies, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Sabre Digital Engineering Division and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.
- Oversee business unit operations, including financial management, resource allocation, staffing, and performance tracking.
- Support planning and execution of digital engineering, data analytics, and modernization initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring customer needs, emerging technologies, and evolving mission priorities.
- Develop and maintain workforce strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent in digital engineering, software development, and data-centric roles.
- Prepare and present briefings, status reports, and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Department of War (DoW) policies.
- Support proposal development, contract strategy, and business development activities as needed.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the business unit.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience supporting DoW programs, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of digital engineering concepts, data analytics, software development lifecycles, and modern digital tools used within NAVAIR.
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, schedules, and complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience engaging senior military or civilian leadership.
- Active DoW security clearance.
- Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
- Experience supporting naval aviation, aircraft systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
