Job Description: Head of Strategy
">This position is responsible for evaluating the strategic needs of the business as relative to resource planning and developing strategic schedules to optimize manpower, machinery, and materials utilization while ensuring the timely completion of established priorities as defined by customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and effectively communicate the Utility Operation master schedule and operational plan using ERP data and capacity planning techniques.
- Coordinate and communicate daily/weekly/monthly production work priorities/schedules and revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements across seven Utility Manufacturing facilities.
Act as a mentor/coach to site-specific scheduling teams. Monitor performance towards established production plans and communicate relevant project information to other departments as appropriate. Resolve schedule conflicts as they arise and prepare project recovery schedules as needed.
