SPM is currently hiring for all residential onsite positions including: Area Manager, Property Manager, Assistant Manager, Leasing, Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Tech, Punch Tech, Groundskeeper and Housekeepers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience working in residential property management or comparable however we are willing to train for many opportunities available within. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude are a must! Bilingual in both English/Spanish preferred.
