Schedule: 5-6 days
Requirements:
• 2-3 years fine-dining server experience
• Table service mastery: Synchronized service, proper sequencing, timing
• Wine knowledge: WSET Level 1 or equivalent, food pairing skills
• Bartending skills: Beer, wine, and cocktail service
