Business Analyst – Salesforce Community PortalLocation: RemoteSalary: $90-130kSabot Consulting seeks a Business Analyst that will play a key role in the implementation and enhancement of property assessment and property tax systems, focusing on the conversion of legacy platforms to Salesforce. This position requires deep expertise in Salesforce Community Portal design and deployment, as well as a proven track record in business analysis and product management across multiple projects.Responsibilities:Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs and objectives. Develop and document user stories, functional specifications, and business process maps. Design and implement Salesforce Community Portals, ensuring seamless integration with property assessment and tax systems. Oversee the conversion of legacy systems to Salesforce, managing all phases from planning to execution. Write and execute user acceptance test (UAT) cases to validate solutions against requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful system implementations and enhancements. Provide substitute resources with equivalent qualifications and experience as needed to ensure project continuity.Must Have:Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager, with a focus on software/technology projects. Demonstrated success in leading multiple system implementation or enhancement projects within the past 10 years. Hands-on experience implementing property assessment or property tax systems, including recent conversion of legacy systems to Salesforce (within the last year). Expertise in requirements elicitation, user story development, functional specification writing, UAT test case creation, and business process mapping. Proven ability to design and implement Salesforce Community Portals. Ability to provide substitute resources who meet all required qualifications.Nice to Have:Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in government or public sector environments.
