STORE ASSOCIATE
JOB SUMMARY: Conduct REALTORS Store operations
DEPARTMENT: Administration
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with inquiries and purchases.
- Promote REALTORS® Store through all available media, i.e. flyers, website, e-mail.
- Maintain accurate inventory using RAMCO system and perpetual manual counts.
- Maintain adequate stock of inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Verify accuracy of all inventory merchandise received.
- Maintain comprehensive, indexed inventory and sales activity reports files
- Display merchandise in an attractive manner.
- Be familiar with all REALTOR Store products/services.
- Identify new products for the Store
- Create promotional flyers for distribution at SABOR events.
- Maintain cash drawer balance.
- Secure store daily

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in adapting to new technologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
