Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Port Arthur, TX
Status: Full-Time
Pay: $35-$42/hr
As a PTA, you play a key role in helping residents regain mobility, improve strength, and maintain their ability to function safely.
At Sabine Heights, you will work with residents over time, allowing you to see progress, adjust treatment, and build consistency in your care. Whether someone is working toward discharge or continuing to maintain their abilities, your work directly supports their level of independence.

What you will be doing:
- Carry out treatment plans and adjust your approach based on resident response
- Support residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Collaborate with the Physical Therapist and interdisciplinary team
- Document treatments and progress accurately and timely
What we are looking for:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred
- A PTA who takes pride in their work and consistency with residents
